I feel your pain. I have a 2020 3813MS and have a long list of problems. Some have been fixed and some have not. My front awning was extended and would not roll in had to get a mobile rv tech to come and take it apart to roll it back to the side of camper. My furnace has had several issues, my J wrap (metal side of camper) came out and almost blew off on the highway. I could keep going. I get one thing fixed and two more issues pop up. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
