Looking for some answers on how the rear air conditioner/ heat pump (Coleman Mach) should be mounted bolts on the inside of the cover or outside? TIA

We have a 2020 Montana HC 373RD, recently there has been water coming out of the intake vent inside on the rear AC duct and the unit has not been running. I’ve cleaned out the drip tray but still water is getting inside some how, could it be the rubber seal at the bottom of the unit or would the securing bolts need to be tightened. No it has not rained so I can rule out that. TIA

Is there anyone out there that has issues with there large compartment door hinge? Mine on the door side has become distorted and now the food doesn’t close without leaving a gap at the two top corners. No stickers on the door to indicate part numbers, Keystone CS was no help and LCI wants the RPO# as well as the V000#. Contacted my dealer told me to contact Keystone and vise verse. Please advise. I’m new to the 5er lifestyle, haven’t got the new rig yet but can’t wait. We have ordered the Montana HC 373RD but still haven’t upgraded my current truck, I’m currently in a 2019 F-250 any suggestions on a new hauler.
