I have a residential Samsung Refrigerator in my 2016 3791RD. It was of course out of warranty. The unit would frost up and then not maintain temps below 50 degrees. I called a service center and they sent out a tech. It turned out to be the defrost heater element. The heater costs a little over $14. I could have had the tech order it and install it for $150 but $14 and come change and an about an hour it was done and back working. If you are going to do it yourself make sure it is completely defrosted and be very genital taking it apart.

I recommend unplugging the tow vehicle, then plugging in shore power before operating the slides or level up. If I cant do that for some reason I will keep my truck connected till the slides are out. Then raise the camper to be able to un hook. Un hook everything and pull forward enough that the tailgate clears the nose on the camper and then plug the cable back into the truck and finish level up. I have never had a problem that way.
