3160 RL fresh water port

Hi Friends!

New to MOC because we’re new owners to the RV, need some help. Where is the port and drain for the fresh water tank?

You don't say what year your Montana is. On new models the water is put in the fresh water tank by connecting to the city water connection and moving the valve to fill. In older model Montana's there is a small door in the rear that you can also fill with a hose. The fresh water drains on Montana's are usually in the back of the rig. A white hose comes out the bottom and either has a screw on cap or a valve.

As Dick stated the fresh water tank fill On our 3160 is in the off door side of the cross through storage compartment. Look under the rear of your unit about four feet from the end cap and you will see a drain hose with a screw on plastic cap. Simply unscrew the cap and your fresh water tank will drain. Don’t forget back in the compartment for your water supply is a couple of valve labeled low spot drain valves or something like that.
