Has anyone used rover.com for day boarding? We will be traveling into Maine in September and I am sure there will be times we would like to be dog free, any suggestions would be so helpful!

Hi. I just saw your post. My husband and I travel with 2 dogs and we have used Rover over a dozen times. We love the Rovers we have used. It is so easy once you can navigate the web site. I recommend the Rover system and the ones we have used were awesome.

I can identify about wanting to befree of our two pups on occasion. We haven't used rover.com, but be aware that Maine seems to love dogs in many of their tourist areas. We have yet to be turned away from anywhere there - and we do travel to Maine every year or so

I have used Rover in MA. It led me to an awesome family that has their own dogs and also welcomes mine. It afforded daycare as well as some " pajama" parties! The secret to successful Rover experience is vetting the potential caregiver and definitely a "meet and greet". I intend to utilize Rover as a snowbird in FL. Good luck.
