A couple of weeks ago I posted of a problem with my brake controller.
It seemed that when the parking or headlights came on, that sent current to the controller and in turn, activated the trailer brakes.
The RV dealer/installer said "It's a truck problem, as the controller just plugs in."
I had the truck checked out and no problem with the tow wireing.
Back to the RV dealer. The service tech asked "Is your truck an '04? If it is, the solution is a ten minute fix."
It seems GM changed the wiring configuration on the '04's, which required the leads to be relocated on the prodigy wiring harness. The controller now checks out fine. :D
