Well it finally happened to me. While driving north on I-15 just south of Pocatello I had my marabomb go kaboom. This is after I checked my tires to make sure they were properly inflated and that there were no bulges or cracks. Basically I did all I could do to prevent a blowout. I was traveling at 65 mph. Luckily traffic was light and I was able to pull off to the side of the road without incident. Some damage was done to the driver side skirting and it tore off the rubber piece that was used to protect the wiring harness.
My question is, does anyone have the number for GY customer service? I am scheduled to replace the marabombs with the G614s this Thursday. I would like to get some help from GY beforehand.
The second question is, does anyone know who to contact about getting replacement skirting and the rubber piece that protects the wiring
Thanks

I would check with the nearest dealer for the side damage.

I believe this is the number you need: 1-800-321-2136. Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ET. goodyear customer service
For parts I would either go to a Montana Dealer or search RV salvage yards on the net. Someone else may be along with a better answer to the parts thing.

I hope your call to them gets better results than mine did last Fall. They basically said "Thanks for calling, sorry, but no we can't help you."
My Marathons had perhaps 50 miles on them after I left the dealership.
Goodyear offered me nothing in trade on my 614's.
It seems to be totally hit or miss with them. There seems to be no consistency at all in their decisions.

When I had my tires replaced in Rexburg Id I was told I had another tire that was separating and was ready to go. The owner of the tire dealership was going to submit all paper work and send in the bad tire to GY for inspection. Hope I get some sort of reimbursement. The tires had a manufacture date of 2012. It's not like they were old tires. I contacted GY claims dept for reimbursement for the damage done to the Monty but have been unable to get an estimate because we are still on the road and every place that we have stayed are boomed out for at least 2weeks. I finally have an appt. this Monday. Wish me luck with GY

We had a stock Mission bomb blow out on our 07 3400 causing some damage & the great folks here on the MOC sent me in the direction of Tireco who had supplied Montana with the tires. I had to get 3 estimates & it took awhile to get the payment from Tireco but when the dust settled my new G6-14s ended up costing me about $360 for the set. I did the work myself (it was no big deal to replace damaged parts) & that was even with the new tires costing me $1690 for all 4. Hopefully someone remembers Tireco info. That is if they are still supplying Montana. Good luck.... Dave
