Tom, when I was Wagon Master, a couple of years ago, Tim Ball was VP of Sales and Missy Rogers was the lead person at the Rally. I don't have phone #'s but I do have emails. Send me an email if those would help, otherwise just call the Elkhart office and ask for them.
