Air Bags?

I got the phone call on Saturday, my 3400RL will be here next week. After talking to some folks about airbags I am getting mixed reviews. I will be towing with a shortbed, crewcab Chevy Duramax 4x4, and my question is; Do I really need to have airbags installed? or will the factory suspension do just fine? I have been hearing stories about the fifth wheel really rocking side to side with out the airbags and makes the truck really seem unstable. Has anyone else had this happen with or without the use of bags.
