We are leaving Michigan on Friday (Jan.12) stopping off at Tybee Island for two weeks before heading south to FL. Anyone out there going to be there??? How about Sebring, FL for the month of Feb. at the Tanglewood RV resort?? Our last stop is Naples, FL for the month of March at Silver Springs RV and Golf Resort. Let us hear from you and we will be sure to look you up.:)

Wally and Margo, you will go right by us at Champions Gate. We are at Mouse Mtn RV Resort, just east of the I-4 exit 58, and just north of the US-27 and I-4 intersection. We are about 60 miles north of Sebring.

Dave and Cheryl,
Nice to hear from Michiganders.[8D] Sounds like you might be settled in for a nice winter with the Mouse. If we take a day trip north, we may just stop by to see and meet you. Know you have been in our fair city of Mt. Pleasant often. Hope you are enjoying your new 3400. Can't believe ours is one year old already.

Hi Wally and Margo,

We arrive at Tybee Island next Monday, the 15th. It will be good to see you again. I promise not to wake you up this time. :) It's been a long time since Hungry Horse, MT.

See you soon.

So good to hear from you Steve and Vicki!! Seems like eons ago that we were in Hungry Horse but what a great trip we had. It was also nice to see you in the RGV last winter for the Monty Luncheon and then a visit to your RV campground. Excited to hear that you will be on Tybee next week. We, too, arrive on the 15th. Will be looking for you. This is our first trip there so hope to do a lot of exploring.
See you soon.

Great to hear from you Bill and Helen!! I feel like we have just had a mini reunion today with the Hungry Horse group!!!!The four of you (you and the Riegles) were so gracious to us, the newcomers, in the MOC. We were on our maiden voyage heading to see our son in Seattle. Sounds like you bought a "lot" at Wilderness RV Estates and are at least planning some time there. Would love to see you and will check with the pilot to see what are traveling plans are in getting down to Sebring from Tybee Island, GA. Notice that your Michigan map is still white!!:( You have missed a beautiful part of our country.

Oh I do hope you can spend at least one night on your way down. We are just 12 miles off Hwy I-75. No, we haven't missed your beautiful state of Michigan. In fact we have been there several times. We just started our map all over again when we went full time and haven't been through there in the past year and 1/2. That should be remedied this summer.

On Tybee Is. go to AJ's restaurant. Good food and great sunsets over the water. Very nice. We rode our bikes there from the campground. Also, walk out to the beach from the CG to watch dolphins off the shore. They also have nice swings along the beach for relaxing!! Wish we were there w/you!!

Thanks Chris for your recommendations. We will check out A. J's and the others you mentioned. We are packed and ready to pull out tomorrow at daybreak. Storm coming in over the week-end. Perfect timing hopefully!
