We saw several Montana 5ers on I-80 and I-88 last week and earlier this week between Des Moines and Chicago. A couple may have even been traveling together. We were in a 4 wheeler traveling from North Texas to Oak Park, IL by way of Panora, IA. It's really neat to see them rolling down the highway and knowing that they may be "family" on the way to their next adventure !!

That could have been us, VanMan. We saw a Monty heading east midday on Wednesday, waved but didn't blink....reactions too slow. We turned north at Coralville, Hwy 218 after driving from Sandwich, Ill. Always fun to see a Monty.

Yeah it's nice to see the Monties on the road. That wasn't us, however - we were in a car this time. We were using up a resort timeshare week for my in-laws (a use it or lose it situation).
