I know some campgrounds and RV resorts have storage areas. I would start there.

Where in Florida do you go?

We're headed to Pine Island. We've had this 5th wheel since April and have used it for 3 long weekends locally. We did take it to the New Jersey coast last weekend and it was harrowing. Went over the GW Bridge, never do that again! We skirted the city on the way back, taking 287 to 84 through Hartford. More miles, less stress.

With your question about RV storage, we do this almost every year in the late fall in different locations. First I find a location or region I want to store the trailer in. Then I will search online for RV storage. There are a lot of storage yards that specialize in RV storage. I also search for RV parks in that same region where many of them will offer storage also. The nice thing about RV park storage is when you pick up your trailer you can generally move right into a camping spot, hook up, resupply, and continue on the journey. I have done this successfully for most of the last 10 years and have never had a problem. Make sure you make reservations for both the storage and the park.
