Looking to buy a flagpole to connect to ladder. Any recommendations on length 16 or 21 foot.

We have the 21' flag pole connected to the ladder with the two brackets (top & bottom) that came with the pole. I did add a light t the top bracket.

Hi

We use one with a plate on the bottom where you just part the TV on the plate and that holds it up. It is 2 pieces and I think a total of 16 ft.

We got everything we need from Flagpole buddy. We went with a shorter one because we are frequently in windy areas and wanted to cut down on the rattling.

Whats DQdick said. We have the 21 or 22 ' using the flagpole buddy mount. Also have a very nice solar light above the flag so it can fly at night. I just love it and get many compliments.

Iknow most folks want to show the colors and we do. I chose to make my own flagpole using a $7.00 adjustable bracket and a pair of $4.00 swivels from ebay and a piece of 1" aluminum tubing that was originally a tent pole that was residing in my odds and ends pile.

That bracket is attached to the 5th or 6th step of the ladder - four 1/4-20 bolts and a couple straps made up, again from my odds and ends pile, of scrap aluminum. Remove one 1/4-28 set screw, pull and stow the pole and flag then we ready to travel

We were using a well used mid size flag, 20"x30" but it started to shred so have a 16"x20". The smaller size lets it stay out in the wind and wont shake the trailer like a 15 or 21 footer would in a heavy wind as we sometimes get along Lake Champlai.

I like the Flag Buddy flag poles, but they are just too much to store for our needs

We have a 22' from flagpole buddy you can put (2) 3' by 5' flags on it but I wouldn't do if it's really windy out! we have a solar light for at night so we can fly the flag. I did add some pad to the top mount so we have no rattle at all. It's easy to store to takes up very little space.

Flagpole Buddy, They have different size poles and it come with the hardware...…
But if it starts to get real windy, take it down. I have seen poles snap in the higher winds. To decide on length, if you camp a lot where trees may effect the taller pole.

When we still had the sticknbrick I wanted a high quality flag pole that I could use on trips plus have in my front yard at home. We went with the 22' one made by Uncommon USA. It was very simple to put the pvc sleeve in the ground at the sticknbrick and we are currently using a base plate that a tire sits on while camping to hold it.
