Soon to be Montana Owner

Finally made our minds up and ordered a 3121RL this morning! We have been looking for over a year, and this unit had just about everything we wanted at the right size. Now 8 long weeks of waiting. And deciding on which hitch to get.

We are picking up our unit on Saturday ... hardly can sleep.
Enjoy the waiting time

Did you go to Northgate RV?

Thanks for welcome replies!

Yes Mike, this is the third unit we have bought from Billy. I waited 9 weeks for my truck, so this is round 2. Did you buy from Northgate?

I already have the list started Fireguy.

Ha, we bought our 2 unit from them.
We are with their dealership in Ringgold.
You can buy any unit with this kind of support and knowledge of their workshop.

Congrats and welcome to the forum from North Central Arkansas.

There are several threads on here about hitches. I went Ram/Curt since you could get it factory installed with a Ram Truck. But there are several other good brands out there. Look at those threads for sure before you buy.

Congrats! We bought our first Montana this year as well...and love it!

I scrapped my Pullrite Superglide and just had the B&W Companion Slider Installed. I had issues with my Pullrite..had to be almost straight on to hitch and un-hitch. If you saw my backing ability you would understand why I switched.

Again Congrats!

Congrats!!!
I agree with Mosnowman. B&W after having Reese. On a LB the Companion cannot be beat. SB and the Patriot slider is the way to go. Both made in USA with US steel. Great CS too.

I do have a long bed truck and have narrowed it down to a Hensley BD-3 (or new BD-5) if it will fit under my bed cover, or a B&W with a Trailair pinbox.
