Here is what I found when I removed one of the ceiling discharge vents. they used a holesaw to cut into the ductwork but didn't remove the cut out piece.....talk about blockage.

This makes me question the quality of workmanship and the short 12 month warranty.
For what we pay for these new units warranty regarding workmanship should be longer.
Can’t expect the new buyer to tear apart everything when purchased.Then waiting for appointment to take unit in and time there plus seasonal usage only can eat up 12 months rather quickly.
