Doors above fireplace

We are about to order a new 3720rl and go full time. Waiting to close on our home
We want the doors on the storage area above the fireplace. We see them on line at different dealers but our dealer states that it's not an option any ideas ?

I guess I'm confused. The photo's on Keystone's site show the TV above the fireplace on the 3720RL? We have a 2017 of that model and the TV is above the fireplace on our rig also.

There may be a slight change to the configeration of that area for 2018. Another model was showing a wider and much lower profile fireplace and an arched open storage area above the tv with no doors.
If this change is also on the 3720 you won't have any other choice when you order as you will get the new design.

You can order unfinished doors from the Amish company in indiana. Just have to configure the door style, pay the money, stain them to match and install. I would try asking trek wood to source them for you as you would get finished doors that route.

I am not currently near my files on information about this, but maybe someone on the forum can answer this. Several years ago at the fall rally, we had a presentation by the company that makes all thud doors, face frames and cabinets that are installed in the Montana, and as i remember, they said they could be contacted directly and doors and such could be ordered from them already finished. They keep records of what finishes and stains were used in the various model years. They even provided those of us that were present at their meeting. When I get home, I can dig up the information if it hasn't already been answered. (At Disneyland with the kids and grandkids, without the rig)

Well after a factory visit. It appears it's all about production time and volume for them.to make the numbers and my request for something different in any way other than what is normally done just will not happen . If we order it's as it is and that's the deal
Found out that 2018 models are set out and in the sales field as early as April of 2017. Sounds weird. But that's why I see advertising on line with videos of 2018 3720RLmodels with cabinet doors above the fireplace and the mid year running change does not use the doors .Confusing for sure
Looks like we will place our order Dec 14. Two days after our home is official sold and closed upon and wait for delivery after Christmas hopefully before end of January . The close the plant for Two weeks at Christmas time and I appreciate that .Those folks seem to work hard and long days all year long. .
Anyone know where I can find the factory warranty listed on the keystone website ?

This is the new warranty. The old one was just one year, so this is a major improvement. http://www.keystonerv.com/media/7719...e_9.1.2017.pdf

This is the latest owners manual, which has older warranty information. http://www.keystonerv.com/media/5212...anual_2018.pdf

Both of these are available on the Keystone site.
