Direct TV Not Working in my 2018 3721RL ?

So something is not working for me. I am getting a Signal 775 trouble communicating with dish. I have 3 connections in the outside command center. 1 for cable..2 different ones that both say satellite.

First question is which satellite connection to use? Bottom one or the one in the middle? ( I have tried all 3 with no results)

Second I am only trying to get it to work in living room. The wall socket says cable for one connection and satellite for the second. ( I have tried both with no results)

So I ran the cable directly from dish into a window and connected to reciever. Works fine.

So I have a wiring problem somewhere and have no idea what to do next???
I am experienced dealing with satellites tailgating and RVing and know it is something in the new RV. There is no green light button in the living room outlet and I turned the green light off in the bedroom with no results. Thoughts?

Our new rig had a splitter behind the convienece center that I then had to remove. In addition, the dish that has a power booster can use a 50' cable in addition to the cable in the rig whereas the dish that doesn't have a booster can only use a 25' cable and it has to be a really good one.

Might be, and I stress the "might," a conflict with the antenna booster. Make sure it's not lit up. Otherwise, I suspect a cable is not connected between the TV and the outside connector. Pull each wallplate till you find it.

Sat connections in my rig are labeled for bedroom and living room. These may be wired backwards. As well, the connections in the living room for cable and sat may be miswired. You really need a cable tester to sort out things, but they aren't that expensive nowadays. Check them out at lowes or home depot. Factory may still be using crimp on connectors on cable ends. These are crap and should be changed out to quality compression fittings...also sold at lowes, home depot, etc.

Bypassing this device also worked for me on our 3791RD. Got Dish Network TV again now thanks to DQDICK!
