Here is a link to the Mor/ryde I/S system.
http://www.morryde.com/products/87-i...2F4-suspension
We are having this installed after the Fall Rally along with the Disc Brakes. We are hoping for a smoother ride and stopping power..

A word of caution. The installation of the IS system makes access to other systems impossible unless the suspension system is removed first. like your water tank or any thing that might be above this system. We looked at that system on another SOB trailer and decided to pass.

That is true, but how much, if any, of a problem that is depends on the model you have. The first we heard of it on the forum seemed to be the first Moryde had heard of it also and they've put this system on for years. Considering the ride difference and the stopping difference (we had disk brakes installed at the same time), I'll live with any problems.

IF your holding tank is DIRECTLY over the axle to be replaced by the Mor Ryde system I would let Mor Ryde know of that before installation. They can adjust the height.

By all means, talk to Rich about IS. He is an expert about possible problems with the tanks being above the IS support.

Looking for a dealer to price and install the IS with disk breaks system, if I can't get the problem resolved with the LRE 4000 resolved. I am located in the southern Idaho area, but can travel if need be. I have broken two wet bolts and had a new hanger installed yesterday.

The best deal is if you go to the fall Rally. Moryde has some great discounts for folks at the Rally.

I was wondering if anyone has installed an air suspension to their rig, like the one in a past Trailer Life magazine article. http://www.trailerlife.com/trailer-h...ounce-be-gone/
It appeared to be a well engineered system, one that I have been thinking about installing on our rig.

Bob I seen a Sterling dually parked in Phoniex this spring that have that system on it. I did not get to talk to him but I think it would be one I would try. I have looked at their web site and it runs about $3500 plus install.

Dick thanks for the info, we can't make the fall rally due to prior commitments. Emailed moryde and within two hours or less I received a call from Rob. Got lots of information, seems like a place I would like to due business. I will consider the upgrade.

If you are on the road a lot the Mor Ryde IS system is a good buy. If I were a low end user I would not have spent the $$$$
