Tredit did it right

I found a small crack in one of my rims on my Monty and Tredit made it right.
They couldn't match my existing rims, so they sent four new ones of my choice, along with caps and new metal valve stems.
Now I did have to pay for mount and balance, but was afraid at first that I would be buying the whole package.
So KODOS to them.

We discovered cracks in 3 of our rims while on vacation 2 years ago. Tredit couldn't match ours, either, so they let me pick from the designs they had and sent 4 new rims overnight to our location. Tredit customer service was easy to work with and extremely efficient, we thought.

I would be interested in knowing if those who have experienced cracks were using 80 psi tires or had switched to the higher rated tires at 110 psi. Also where did the cracks occur.

I believe most of the newer 8 stud rims are stamped with 3750 lbs & 110 psi, is there any room for error there. The rims are made in China but one would assume they must meet the Tire and Rim specifications in the US.

I have to admit I goffed, they will pay mount and balance.
As for the rims, I went from 80# rims to 110# rims. I was only running 80# on my old rims and the crack was on the flang, towards the inside, very small hair line crack.
