setting up new 5th wheel on seasonal site

hello ! this is my first time posting on this site. my wife and i are expecting delivery of our 2004 3650rk within the next two weeks. unlike most of you we will not be towing our unit but setting up on a seasonal site in clinton connecticut. i wonder if any one out there can offer us any do's and don'ts with this installation.any comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
