All I can think of is the drain holes are plugged. Maybe take off the cover on the roof side and check. Could be full of sawdust or other items.

Agree, check drainage of the unit and then proper fit of ceiling.roof gasket.

Same thing happened with our new 3611. It was very hot and humid outside and door was open often. I believe the unit froze up. Next day keep the door closed and all worked fine. Hope that was it, will find out next week when we go out again.

We have the same thing in the rear air in our 2015 3711FL. Water collects in one side of the duct. Seems to be rain related. Had cover off on roof but nothing obvious. That being said I have no idea where drains are etc. This is our second season with no issues during the first. Has anyone seen install instructions for one of these?

Pull the outside cover off. You will see a couple of holes in the pan. They can get plugged. I always drill a couple of extra. The unit sits on the roof, and between the roof and the ac pan is a gasket which is supposed to seal out all water. If installed incorrectly i.e. Pitched gasket, or mounting lugs or screws have vibrated loose, you will get inside leakage. On all four of our Montana units their was a manufacturers brochure for operation, maintenance, and installation instructions, very easy. Wiring plug in harness, if whisper, lag bolts thru the pan into the roof, if older, 4 long boltss you can see taking the inside vent off both versions sit on a gasket/seal

We had water on our vents at the coast, hot and humid. We turned off the fantastic fan in the ceiling and it went away. We don't run that fan with a/c after initial hot air suck out.

Well, did Billy and crew take good care of you? I'm betting he did. We have bought 2 Montanas from NGRV and they have always treated us every way but wrong!

When you run the exhaust fans it will force makeup air (warm and humid) to enter the coach from every crack. The increased humidity causes freeze overs and low efficiency.

Just had ours fixed at dealer. Rain water was coming through both air returns above the TV and our bed. Tech said he'd had a handful come back for the same problem and it had to do with the requirement to bolt the unit to the roof from the top, and implied some installers hadn't got the memo about the proper install. He also replaced the large foam gasket. He put the FW in the dealership's rain bay and no leaks. Time will tell.
