What Campgrounds have you stayed in in Alaska

We are in the midst of planning our Alaskan trip. I am researching to see where we would want to stay on our trip and would like to know where you have stayed on your trips up there. We will most likely be pulling a 3400 or 3650. I need to know the ones to avoid and the ones you would stay in again.
I know of several locations we intend to stay in Dawson Creek, Fort Nelson, Watson Lake, Whitehorse, Anchorage, Homer, Prince George, Northway Junction, Fairbanks and several locations on the Kenai Penisula as well as Homer which I already listed.
Also if you have stayed at any locations between these points I would like your feedback.
Another thing we are considering is on the way up taking from Prince George Highway 16W and 37N up to Upper Laird to Highway 1 and then to Anchorage and then on the return take Highway 1 all the way down to Dawson Creek and then taking 43E to Edmonton (Largest Mall in the World a must see for the misses) and then 16W to Jasper and 93A South thru Banff and the Candian Rockies. So any camp grounds in any of these routes is apprecaited.

Bob and Carol, we did all of that last year. You can check out our blog for May-Aug 2006 for some ideas but my first suggestion is not to make too many plans ahead of time. There are lots of campgrounds on the way and you want to be able to stay as long as you want in the places that you like the best instead of having to be at your next destination before you are ready to leave. Just my humble opinion.
