Happy Trails RV Resort in Mesa Arizona
I started to compile an email address sheet to contact the owners who rent out their unused sites, I figured some may be really motivated to get some income off of an unused site, there are probably 200 of them, this is not the real-estate's list, they rent them for members as well, I imagine few bargains are found there...
You can get a resort map layout from their web-site to see where these owner-rentals are located, some on the golf course, some are just narrow concrete, some wide concrete, some landscaped, some have covers, sheds, 2 story sheds, like that.
This is about 1/2 a day's work, Sue marked all of these on a site map, but I can't post that, it was 8 pages taped together.
