rusty lug nuts
When my 2014 3402RL arrived at the dealer it had the Trailer King tires. I worked a deal to get them swapped out with the Goodyear G614s mounted on the same rims as Keystone uses for the Big Sky option. In fact I think the dealer just worked a swap deal with Tredit to trade them out and take the Trailer King tires and rims back. However that has resulted in a lot of impact wrench work on the lug nuts and not they are all rusty. I know it's safe and all, but it looks ugly.
What are my options to solve this. I'm guessing there are Stainless Steel nuts or maybe other options. How do I know what size to order? I imagine there are a number a sizes. All I know is I use a 7/8" lug nut socket to fit the current ones.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Do you know the size, or should I just remove one of mine and take it with me?

McGard lugnuts hold up very well. I have a set I have used on two different rigs. They are not cheap but you will not have rusty lugnuts.
Here is an Amazon link. You are looking at about $120 plus.
The size is 1/2 x 20.

Got my stainless from Tredit and got a good deal. Sent them a picture of my wheels and got the right ones in the mail.

After installing my G614s in 2010 when my Montana was new, I sprayed the lug nuts with "Never Rust". So far it has worked and I haven't had to reapply it.

My born on date for the Montana is August 2013, my lugs are already rusting.
Man I tell ya, for the money we spend on these rigs, its the little stuff that we have to replace that keeps adding up! Oh and lets not forget the tire upgrade too!

The tredit lug nuts use a stainless cap over a steel nut. GM used to use this type of lug for years and I hated them. The caps had a tendency to crack, then the steel underneath starts to rust and the rust bleeds through the crack and looks like crap. Then there was the one that came loose in my socket and jammed the nut so tight I had to drive it out with a thin screwdriver.
