Stabilizer motor

We have a 2009 Montana 3400. The rear stabilizer motor quit working last week. Can these be replaced? Are they warranted? Anyone else have this problem?

Possibly check a fuse that blew. Possibly a sticking stabilzer is happening and the motor was asked to do to much and it tripped breaker, or a blown fuse. Sometimes we forget to keep them rear stabilzers lubed.

"Well, quick service here from a local repair shop. Ninety-nine dollars later we're back in business: the brushes had rusted and fallen apart due to rain water getting inside where the wires enter the motor housing (hint: check!)

Also, for those who might find themselves in this situation and need to retract the jacks, the Lippert instructions state to remove one wire from the motor to keep it from binding. The only place to remove the wire is on the back of the manual switch at the rear, passenger side of the trailer. One must remove the switch to get at the spade terminals. Just and FYI."
