Soft Spot

I have a 3791rd legacy Montana. This past summer I found the dinette floor rotting out along the sidewalls outer edged. I had to have the slide out removed then replace sub floor and put slide out back in. As added prevention I had “ skids” installed on each side which should help in the future.
With all that said I have found a soft spot approximately 6 inches over from dinette slide when slide is out and right in front of steps going to den.. What is the best way to tackle this issue? Remove coroplast underneath or take it in to a shop and have someone with more experience take care of this.
Also I purchased this unit new in 2019 with extended warranty.. is this covered under warranty ?
Appreciate all advice

Just trying to get a fix on where the soft floor is…location A or B ?
Approximately how big is the soft spot or area?

Did they find and fix the leak in the slideout?
Where was the leak?
Was the slide floor rotten on one side only? Which side?
or did you find damage on all three sides?

Ok - so maybe location C?
Was that the same side where the slide floor rot occurred?
Where did they think the leak occurred? Maybe the slide window?

Same side as leak. The leak occurred on the outside where the molding strip was attached at the bottom sidewall. Sealant failure

Sounds like the interior soft spot is related to the same leak.

I agree it is related to the same leak. Also, I would think your extended warranty would cover the repairs.
