Antenna Loop Behind DVD Player

Can someone be so kind as to tell me what the looped coax is for behind the DVD player...the one that comes out of the wall, makes a loop and goes back into the wall?

I know this has been discussed before, but I cannot find it using the search feature.

Thanks.

The looped coax is so that you can put a satellite receiver or some other device in the system and run it through the whole RV. One end of that loop comes from the external cable/satellite connector outside, the other end goes to the amplifier/distribution box that's in the bedroom (on the 3400).

Yes the loop is where a cable box or satellite box is "inserted". Hopefully this drawing of my unit will help.

John's is more accurate, as it shows the new cable outlet for the basement, but here was the original Keystone drawing for 2005 if it helps any.
