You just have to talk to the campground and arrange a site for early arrival. I don't know when the site list will be released but if the site is open when you get there I guess you can use it. Elkhart should know if it is available. Thanks to all the volunteers. It may look like we have too many but I am sure we will all be needed. Also forgive my late responses. We were at the regional rally down in Tennessee and did not have inter net. I also just found out this thread has a page two. Now for my disclaimer. I do not use social media, if it wasn't for Linda I would still be unable to even log on. Sorry.

I'd be grateful for the help. See the above posts for early arrivals. Some of us are coming in the 17th, others the 18th. Just check with Elkhart for early reservations.
I don't think the DQC will be briefing until the morning of the 19th, that is if he gets out of the dog house.

DavidJ-- you can arrive early but you need to call the Elkhart Country 4H Fairgrounds and see if they will have spaces open for you to arrive early. You will have to pay them for the early days of arrival. The 19th on for the week of the Rally is paid for by the Rally fees you paid when you registered but any time before or after the Rally ends is up to you to pay the fairground for those days. Let me remind you that if you come in early and your site that will be assigned for your rig for the Rally IS NOT OPEN, you will have to park somewhere else and have to move to your assigned site when it becomes available. Also if the site you are temporarily parked at is assigned to another rig that is coming in and they arrive you will have to move until your assigned site becomes available. See you in Goshen!
