Good decision to change to Dometic. You will not regret it, I recommend the hand sprayer option!!

Now I'm concerned that it will fit. Gonna be very tight against the back wall. Its ordered, so will have to just give it a try when it shows up.
What's the next best option if the 320 won't fit?

More than likely, it will fit just fine. I installed the 310 in our rig close to six years ago and have had zero issues since. This is the link to the installation manual for the 320. https://www.dometic.com/en-us/us/sup...ic-320-_-25297

I have the dreaded therefore toilet in my 2018 Montana 3811ms. The biggest complaint is there is no rim so you get that disgusting splash. I have be looking at the Dometic 320 but had heard of the valve breaking and leaking as well as the non serviceable/repairable pedal flush leaks. I have heard this from Dometic 320 owners on other forums and from reviews of the top 10 RV toilets. When I first saw the Dometic 302 I was going to buy it right then but after some online research I not convinced it's that great. So my quest still goes on for that perfect toilet.

I hope your toilet doesn't leak and flood your rv while still looking for the 'perfect' toilet. In fact nothing is perfect but some things are better than others and the Dometic 310 or 320 is better than the Thretford.
