ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ ZZZZZZ ZZZZ

I had.. key word, a snoring issue, especially when I had a few it seemed, was the worst, but really at times no matter what.
The snoring was OK, but I would wake up gasping for air, not good in many ways, chest hurt, and a panic attack sometimes followed.. scary stuff.
I did what I always do when I want to cure a problem, I Googled it and read about it for an hour or so.
I know many folks have solved this in many ways, but I tried this:

Stayed awake..

Ha, just kiddin.. I tried the Snore Extinguisher, it works for me, at least the past 2 months.

Check it out if you want:

No connection, no ties with the company or anything, just want to help

Sorry, that's a little weird, but if it works? On the other hand, I've heard putting a pillow over the persons face and pressing down for a short time will permanently cure it

Didn't work for me. Wife insisted I put my CPAP back on. Wish we were closer as I've got a bottle that's had 2 sprays out of it I would gladly give you. As in life what works for one doesn't always work for another. I'm truly glad to hear it worked for someone.

So why is it that the one that snores the loudest is the first one to fall asleep ??

I noticed the bottom right of the packaging it's got more alcohol, 15%, than my beer. But how's it taste?

Not bad, maybe because I have just brushed my tooth, put my night-bite guard in, which I soak in Listerine, can't taste anything about that time. You only spray 2 little sprays.

Hmmmmmmm????? Don't put off doing what the Doc's tell ya to do, like a sleep study. I kept blowing it off too until the day at work I realize I am on the wrong side of the road headed for a bridge. I was in a brain fog and I remember seeing it and realizing where I was but I could not move or do anything about it. So Yep, I totaled out a Verizon bucket truck that day. I didn't get hurt but sure made for an ugly truck and Verizon had to pay for a bridge abuttment. Sad thing was I had drove 2-3 miles and don't know how I got there. Luckily a smart driver saw me coming and pulled across the road on the other side of the bridge and didn't let anyone cross to keep them out of my path, It could have been a lot worse....... But nooooo that ain't all of it. While in the hospital for the wreck I had to go thru a bunch of tests and one of them tells the Doc's that I had had a mild heart attack in the past...... Now I have my CPAP and even after one night it was like night and day, I can't live without it no matter how much of a PITA it is. Just don't be a knothead like me and blow it off, do the testing so you don't end up on the wrong side of the road some day.

Or you might get lucky and die in your sleep, not screaming and frightened like your passengers. Sleep apnea is not to be laughed at or ignored. It can kill you in more ways than one.

I sleep just fine, except for getting up twice and going to the bathroom, I did discuss those things with my Dr.
Glad you made it after that scary accident Dave.

what you described, waking up gasping for air and panic attacks, are symptoms of sleep apnea or stopping breathing in your sleep. you need to see a doctor.

Ozz it would be best to get checked out at a sleep clinic. They keep you in over night hooked up to monitors and that tells them how sever it is. Then they will let you know what the best treatment is for you and it might be your spray. There are many serious things that happen from Sleep Apnea and we want the Ozz around for along time.

Thank you Don, very nice advice
I will ask my Dr. about it again.
Any excuse to see her will be great, she is about 25-30 years old, long blonde hair, body like a model.. everyone says, I am too much a gentleman to look... you buy that Don?
Any, AND... she is my V.A. Dr! a few years ago I had Mr. Prathamesh or something, between me being hard of hearing and his inability to speak English, it was a Zoo, I just pointed at something on my body and hoped for the best..

I had a similar issue as yours. Doctors did tests - nothing.

Finally went on an elimination diet, eliminated all foods that were inflammatory then reintroduced. Found that I was sensitive to Soy products which cause my problems.

Anyway it could be food related. Very hard to figure out.

Thanks Chip, since I have used the product, I have no issues as of this date. I do know if I eat Peanuts before I go to bed, I do not have a pleasant night. Chocolate is a problem as well, the old acid reflux deal, but If I keep away from those a few hrs before bedtime I am good.
I used to take the acid reflux pills, but don't have to anymore.
