Whirlpool verses Artison Washer

We are purschasing a washer for our RV. After much research we are between the Whirlpool and the Artison. We had orginally decided to go with the Whirlpool 7500's as the size will work for us and they are larger than the Artison but I read reviews and they talk about noise and virbration when working in the trailer verses the Artison which people report not hearing it or knowing it is on.

Does anyone have either of these and give me some feedback? I realize you are going to know it is on but if the Artison vibrates less and is more quiet then I would lean towards purschasing the Artison and spending the extra $$ for a slightly smaller unit.

Any information would be appreciated.

Well, we love our Whirlpool units, the only time I know they are in operation is when the dryer is operating with both sets of sheets in it, it vibrates a little. They have been outstanding.

Do you think Sue likes them?

We had the Splendid on the last unit and now have the Whirpool and do not hear any more noise. Very quiet.

Since things tend to go wrong with these mechanical devices, service is probably more universally available for the Whirlpool. When I had to replace the heating element on the Aristan, I had to wait a week for the new part to be shipped from Oregon to Texas.

Dianna's comment is that the Aristan is easy or gentle on the clothes. She doesn't like that there is not beeper on the dryer to alert you when it finishes. It only has one water inlet (cold) since it heats the water internally. This came make the cycles run longer if you are washing in hot water.
