I have a used 8'x12' screened room by Carefree with all the hardware, instructions and the two carry bags. We used it when we hosted down in the Keys. I quit using it about the time I bought my 07 Tana. My wife loves it but,I didn't like taking it down at 2 am because the winds off the ocean in Jan & Feb get very very gusty. 20 to 30 mph. The top of the two side panels have 3 slots to accomodate different heights from the awning to the ground. The screen door can be put on either end of the front panel.
It is now in storage in Fl. Will be glad to talk more when we get back in Sept. if you haven't found one.
