Lipert Level-up system.
I have a new 3610 RL with the Lipert level-up system. I really love this system, but it has started doing something strange lately. After unhooking the truck, I hit the auto level function and it goes through the process and levels the trailer. However, not all the jacks are coming down, so the unit is not very stable, but it's level. I have to put the feet down in manual mode to stabilize it.
The Lipert people had me go through a calibration process, but nothing changed. Then, they had me check the 2 sensor boxes to make sure they hadn't come loose, which they hadn't.
It's still under warranty but my dealer is 2 hours away, and I would rather deal with it myself if possible. Has anyone had this problem and resolved it?
Andy

Try extending all your jacks using manual mode. Turn unit off, go to auto retract, hit enter. Bring front up 6 inches. Hit auto level

Tried your sequence and it actually worked once, but it's back to not grounding all the jacks in auto level. Thanks anyway.

Have you tried disconnecting the power at the control module and then reconnecting?

Mike has a great idea, buy unplugging the control module you will reset the computers brain and hopefully then it will behave properly. That procedure has solved a number of puzzling issues for others.

Andrew-- I'd give Lippert a call and talk to a service rep or on of their engineers and I'm sure they will talk you through it and reset the level-up system for you via phone. They are great people to work with.

I ended up taking the unit to the dealer and they fixed the problem which turned out to be a failed rear level sensor. So far so good.
