Have any of you had this problem????

We just returned home from our first outing of the year, with our 2955, it was not good. A truck pulled up alongside of us to motion to pull over, we never expected to see what happened. We lost about 90% of the underbelly covering, it is a heavy plastic, and had alot of rust on it. My husband crawled under and cut what he could off so we could continue our trip home. Have any of you had this happen?
I'm waiting to see what our dealer has to say about this, we called last week to set up an appointment to have some small things repaired, from when they put our new carpeting in last Fall. They asked if we could come in this week which was impossible,(they are 150miles away), I asked if we could come sometime in the beginning of June and was told they didn't have their June calendar yet!
We are just a few weeks out of warranty so this should be intresting.
