Total Newbie to RV life

Hello all,

My name is Mike and I just bought a used 2009 Montana Mountaineer 305RLT. Living in it as a full timer at Pleasant Forest Camping Clubin Olympia WA.
A lot to learn about the RV and the life style year round for sure.

Welcome aboard Mike and welcome to living as a Montana owner. You have found the perfect spot to find out info on your unit. Ask away on the questions about your Mountaineer and the lifestyle you'll be enjoying. You will get the best answers from the most knowledgable folks about Montana's period-- actual owners. Ask away on anything about your unit or anything that may pertain to the lifestyle in it. Glad to have you onboard.

HELP ,,,

I have a 2005 keystone Montana the problem I’m having the washing machine and it hits the drain cycle for when I turn on my taps or when I run the shower the water goes into the drain pipes that come together underneath the trailer and I think they came disconnected somewhere how do I gain access to the pipes that come from the wash machine shower and sink I can see where they go under the floor through a cubbyhole but then I look underneath and there’s a black hard hard cardboard from front to back of my fifth wheel how do I gain access to these pipes so I can see where the leak is and fix it ????

Asking the same question in multiple places makes it difficult to find all the responses. It would have been best to start a new Thread. That said, I wrote one answer as Post #15 where you asked the same question http://www.montanaowners.com/forums/...09#post1098009

The underbelly has to be dropped, on a 05, should be held in place with self tapping bolts along the edges together with several support brackets installed side to side. You can also cut an opening and reseal if you know exact plumbing route.
