Bus Tour of the Battlefield - Urgent

Folks - We have a slight change in plans for the bus tour. I reserved a bus based on the number of people we have signed up...but, the date has to change to Sunday from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. I hope that all of you are still interested in going. The bus will pick us up at the campground at noon and deliver us back at 2:00. If this does not work, please let me know. The only alternative I have is to cancel the chartered tour completely, since I've tried to get enough folks to 1) keep us together and 2) keep the cost reasonable. If I have to cancel the bus, I'll need to do it by Thursday in order to receive my deposit refund...otherwise I'm on the hook for the money. Let me know asap please.

Thank you!
Jeana

Just in case you do have to cancel the bus tour, be advised that you can purchase a CD self-guided tour of the battlefield at the gift shop.

Cost of the bus tour depends on the number of folks who go...For 40 people it runs about $21.50 each and for 30 about $28.50 each. This is a great bargain and what a great opportunity to hear the story from Barry Adams and spend time with the group -- with door to door service. Come on everybody, please join the bus tour!

You know we'll be there.

BTW I happen to know the tour guide personally and you won't get a better tour from anyone else. $21.50 or $28.50 it don't matter as you will more than get your moneys worth.
I can absolutely guarantee Barry is the best bar none. It's also no coincidence we have the same last name as we also have the same Mom and Dad.
Yes there is a CD available but if that's what you need see me first as I have one you may use at no cost. I'm not 100% but I do believe I also have the tour on a cassette

Count us in on the bus tour also. There will be three of us. Thank you for all your work in setting this up.
