Auto leveling failure plus failure to extend/retra

We have 2014 High Country 343RL (bought April of 2014). We bought it mainly for auto leveling feature. Wasn't long after we bought it the leveling failed. Kept having to manually retract and extend; auto leveling feature did not work. Twice (once at dealership and again by Keystone) the circuit board and control panels were replaced. Both times it would work a few times then failed, and continues to fail. Every time resetting the error it would start the auto leveling sequence then stop. The rear jacks would not extend. Manually extended the rear jacks and did the leveling manually. Last month at one campground the auto leveling appeared to be working, but extending the back jacks they raised the tires completely off the ground. At our last campground manually retracting to level the front leg jacks there was a big popping sound; At that point it was level. Hooking up to truck the right (door side)jack would not extend. Had to extend the left jack to raise it high enough to connect the king pin to the truck. Anyone having auto leveling problems?

One problem, retract button would not work.. Purchased new touchpad direct from Lippert, installed, and no problems since.

Have you tried re-calibrating?
Is the hydraulic fluid level in the reservoir correct WHEN ALL JACKS ARE RETRACTED (1/2 inch from top of fill neck)?
Have you contacted Lippert to have them help you troubleshoot?
Popping sound could be air in the system. Try cycling them (extend and retract) 10 times.
Since you have had the circuit board and control panels replaced twice it seems unlikely (though not out of the realm of possibility) that is the cause of your problem.
Please keep us posted on your progress/resolution. Best of luck!

Isn't the high country using the infamous electric auto leveling system...the one that can't auto level unless it is already level? John

That would be a different problem altogether. If that is the case, ignore my post as it's geared to a hydraulic system.

How do you remove and re install a new touch pad. I see four small screws on the outside is this the way to proceed? How is it wired in, is there a connector to a wire loom or something like that?

Yhanks

Four screws on outside allow unit to be pulled out, small connector on back can be unplugged, panel held into plastic assembly by tabs. I believe issue with the electric auto level system to be a design issue in its software and this will only be fixed by lci releasing new hardware to people that have the system. May the force be with yo on this one.

Interesting as I have 2015 353RL with the Lippert 3.0 level up system. I currently have an error on the right rear jack , but I have had issues with the front left jack. To be fair, the 3.0 level up is marginal as a full leveling system - IMHO. There is a sequence you need to use, but I find I am faster than the system. Plus I like to have all the wheels supporting some of the weight. so I manually level - I now have the Anderson leveler ramps - to get the unit level side to side with the wheels supporting weight and then front to back is easy.

The Lippert 3.0 requires you to have the front either above or below level to work right. It works but it is kinda slow.
