Can I plug into 110 v outlet?

Brought the new Montana home today and we have some access issues to solve before I can back it into the RV storage spot where I have power, water and sewer connections.

Can I plug it into a 110 outlet (I have adapter dog bones) and just keep the basic systems alive (battery charged, residential fridge running, lights etc).?
I don’t need air conditioners, microwave etc. - I just want to keep the “blood circulating” (so to speak) until I get my access problem fixed.

Yes mine stays plugged into a 110 outlet. It keeps the blood circulating and the battery charged.

Mine has been plugged into a 120 volt receptacle all winter.

Mine stays plugged in a 15 amp 120 vac outlet anytime when in storage. On a 20 amp 120 vac outlet I can even run the rear A/C.

We are full timers and when not towing, the rig is plugged into 120 volts all the time, except for the occasional dry camping. Even when you are connected to a 50 amp outlet, you are connected to 120 volts, just have two 120 volt sources instead of just one that is split into the two 120 volt legs of the rig. With the smart chargers in these rigs, being constantly connected does not hurt the batteries, but actually maintains them in better condition than an old fashioned single mode charger.
