I think you will find lots of Montana owners who have never heard of the MOC and many others that either do not do computers or do not do forums.

We're at the Blanco Settlement, Blanco TX. It's a nice little RV park on the Blanco River.

We have been full timing for over three years and we stay at one campground that has over 500 sites. There are many Montana rigs here. I have not run into an MOC member during the first year of our full timing so I no longer ask. There might be some now, but if they are here and notice my MOC license plate frame I figure they'd be interested in introducing themselves. That just hints to me that the rumor that Montana is one of the most popular brands out there and as many MOC members out there, there are many out there who are not members.

Most folks see no value in a RV forum. We have met very few MOC members on the road in the last 10 years of long timing. There are several Montana's here at our winter residence and none are MOC members unless I see a MOC plate or sticker we do not bother to ask anymore.

In addition we do not need to listen to their complaints about the unit.

Just sitting here in the sticks and bricks in Omaha, NE but hoping to get on our way to the Southwest in a week or so. Keeping our fingers crossed that the weather hold for us to get the Monte out and on the road.

Unfortunately we are still in Eugene Oregon where the temperature is getting down to 14 to 16 degrees next week and snow tomorrow. That isn't the normal weather around here. Wish I was in Mesa Arizona, but my wife got tired of going down for 3 months. Trying to convince her for the next year (2018) to go back down for at least 2 months in a park model.

Tell me something about Karspark in Merrit Island. We really like the Cocoa area. Would maybe spend a couple days there this winter.

Approx.100 30 or50 amp sites at $30 a night or$90 a week. 12 waterfront sites with 50amps at $35 a night. Grass sites, fair minus bath houses superviews of the Cape and inlet. No reservation currently 70% full. Opps forgot no sites with sewer hookups

We are sitting in Boise, ID watching it snow and freeze!! Got her on Dec. 17th with a plan of staying 10 days to visit with family and friends for Christmas. Fatal error... Dropped the Mont off at camping world in Pensacola for repair to grey tank, tank had been ordered and was at CW. They dropped bottom and now we wait for parts. Hope to be back at Emerald Beach RV Park on Jan 16th with the Monty in tow. Worst part of the story is I drove all that way to be warm and now I sit in the cold for a month. I must have done something really bad in my past life to deserve this!! I have to admit it would not really surprise me.
