Camp chairs

My wife and I have spent the last couple of days sitting on numerous camp chairs and loungers trying to decide which one is both comfortable and easy to store. It's hard to decide by just sitting in a chair for 5 minutes and then moving to the next. Does anyone have a favorite all around chair for those lazy nights under the awnings? I know it's more of a personal preference but there has to be some that stand above the rest.

We have the big honking lounge chairs but it seems like our favorite ones are the folding metal/can is rocking chairs.

If you want something sort of big, but light enough to carry around, then look at the Coleman chairs. They are $30 at Walmart. It seems like the exact same chair sold under a different brand at other places too. Oh, Coleman have a 250 or 300 lb. limit, so pretty strong. Also, they are comfortable.

I use a Coleman chair, but Joyce uses one we got at an RV part store in Yuma. Her legs are too short for the Coleman to be comfortable.

We carry two pairs. One set are extra large anti-gravity lounge chairs. The other was a pair of bag chairs. They were recently replaced with padded steel frame folding chairs from Walmart.

I agree about the padded steel frame folding chairs from Walmart. We have tried several times to find something better for us and seem to ALWAYS go back to them! Very comfortable.

We have also tried about 3 pairs of the "anti-gravity" chairs and HATED all of them.

I have the zero gravity mentioned above and my wife has a summit rocker from camping world http://m.campingworld.com/shopping/i...t-rocker/69704 which she loves. We have a mixture of bag camp chairs we've gotten over the years we use for guests of by the fire if the ring is further away from the rig

We buy on "easy to store" since space and weight is a concern for high end users.

Thank you for all the great information, we have not had a chance to try the Summit rocker but it does look comfortable. I am afraid if I went with one of the top end zero gravity chairs, I might not get back up. Lol

Some friends bought the Summit Rockers and the frame was good but the fabric didn't last even 1 season.

We use the red shed folding rockers from tractor supply. Sometimes u can find them at the end of the year marked down. Off sale around $50. We have 2 for us and 2 alumiumn camp chairs with the side table for guest.
