GRILL COOKING MATS
Check out this product from QVC. These are mats you can put on the grill and cook on a cheap grill and not have grease flare ups!!
I have tried these and they work. Easy to clean, no flare up, reusable, still browns and leaves the grill marks, cooks food in their own juices. Please view the video. http://www.qvc.com/The-Ultimate-Grill-and-Baking-Mat-3-pc-Set.product.K39683.html?sc=K39683-&cm_sp=VIEWPOSITION-_-18-_-K39683&catentryImage=http://images-p.qvc.com/is/image/k/83/k39683.001?$uslarge$

I bought some and use them at home and when we camp. Really like them. I fried eggs on the last weekend while camping. Worked well. Good product. Got mine off of Amazon a little less than QVC.

We use these at home and camping. We love them! EZ clean up , keeps your grill cleaner and even puts grill marks on things you cook. More sanitary if you cook on a public grill (for some reason).

DW has QVC playing all day long while she is doing her crafting. It keeps her company. She saved it on dvr and played it back for me.
