Installed Dishwasher and Stovetop Pics
Cathy is overjoyed at the job that was done by the Fayeteville Camping World Service department. They finished the installation of the stainless steel cooktop and the stainless steel dishwasher and we are both impressed with the one of a kind Montana setup that we are now the proud owners of. It looks fantastic and is definitely a desirable addition to the rig. It was my understanding that Keystone-Montana requested that Camping World document the installation with photos for them as well. Based on this, it will not surprise me if there is a new offered option that comes up in the near future. As a reminder, we determined that we rarely used the propane oven in the rig, since Cathy uses the Convection/Microwave for about everything. We realize that this solution is not for everyone since obviously the propane oven was lost for use when electric is not available, but for us it was a wanted option. Here are the first published photos of the fantastic modification that was done at our request.
Wow, it definitely looks great. Thanks Camping World - Fayetteville!!!

Looks great! If you can get a patient maybe you can get a cut from Keystone on all those new rigs.

Looks great! My wife likes to use the Broiler in the oven so it would be a hard sell to remove it.

The other thing that I must add, is this potential modification is definitely rig specific. The dishwasher is two inches wider than the oven it replaces, which means there has to be room available on each side to trim out a minimum of an inch of whatever is adjacent to the oven. This works on the 3850 since there are two to three inch framing boards on each side of the oven. Not all rigs have this framing around the oven to make it possible.

Oh, and for the really curious observant types, if you look close there is a bar that extends out from the cooktop, not the dishwasher. We had no idea what the heck it was for, but were told it was a rack that could be used for hanging utensils or towels or something of the sort. If anyone has a better explanation, we are ready and willing to be clued in!! If it gets in the way, it is held on by a couple of screws for easy removal. For now, it stays, for how long, I have no idea!

Bingo, make sure you let us know how good that dish washer works. I can just about see that Mrs. "B" would fall for this in a heart beat!

Dale,
We have not tried it yet, but rest assured it will get a work out the week of Thanksgiving and I will report on it. The only I know about it at present, is according to the dealer, it is the same model that comes in the Discovery motorhomes.

Looks great Bingo. I am sure Camping World would share their installation with my Camping World. Please do let us know how is works over the holidays. Congrats and enjoy.

Mr Bingo, that bar is put there to protect the knobs on your cooktop. IMHO

Sounds reasonable to me, the first time it inflicts a bruise, I can assure everyone that it is coming off!

I think it is a towel bar, for wet dish towels? But, that said, if you open the dishwasher the towels are going to be an annoyance, over and over again.
Looks great, you guys enjoy! Congrats!

Friends of ours took delivery of a new Mobile Suites this year. It too has a dishwasher that looks just like yours. They'll be happy to know that their Suites has climbed to the Montana level of luxury

The dishwasher and other options were discussed by Mike Mack at the fall rally. Would not be surprised to see some of these options on the Big Sky soon.
It will be called "big Sky, Bingo edition"
