Have run the black tank flush for over forty minutes, plenty of clean water coming out, sensors still read full.

My level indicators no longer read "E". As I mentioned, we find them useful when boondocking, as a quick indicator of approx. fresh water supply and battery charge. Agree that they're useless for other tank levels.

I replaced the circuit board and now the lights work, even if not accurately.

If anyone would like to see their levels read "E", I'll be happy to send you my old circuit board.

I think it was Glenn years ago had a sure fire way of checking the black tank. He said to open up the flush valve and stick your hand down in the tank and if your hand was too large to get your wife to do it. Never tried it but I'm sure it would work, well maybe not.

Ironically 3 of our 4 tanks go back to E after emptying. The one that doesn't is the forward black tank that has the tank rinse in it.

We just go by experience to know when to dump. It doesn't take very long to know when you're full timing.
