Air Conditioner manual/time delay

Looks like we did not get the manual for this. I was trying to find out if it has a time delay built into.

Yes there is a time delay that seems to take forever sometimes. Actually, I think it's about 2 minutes.

Lonnie, I was going to instal a ems progressive surge protector and in the directions it was asking if one was built in the air conditioner. It has two settings one for 136-seconds and 15 seconds. So I will stick to the 15 second being it is built in.
