Laptop Mount for TV

Has anyone used a laptop mount for your tow vehicle? I am interested in your comments or suggestions regarding the multiple choices out there. I'd like to get the laptop off my front seat when using the GPS program.

There is a company that makes a mount that bolts to the hump/floorboard. In my case I use a board strapped to the lid of the console. It is covered with velcro. The laptop bottom is covered with velcro wherever I could do so without covering cooling slots or making access doors inaccessible, etc. It has sat on that board without incident for many thousands of miles.

I use a mount made by "Ram Mounts" It bolts to the seat bolts on the passenger side. Well made, versatile, and just like the ones in the vehicles where I used to work. (Sheriff's Office)

Pete If you go to my photo site you go to page 2 and look for truck laptop mount. I bought this off ebay and am real satisfied with it. There are several types on ebay Cost 70.00 I had my powder coated Grey like my interior. Do a search for wsysinc and see what that does.

Pete,
This is the one I have and I like it very much. I added an addition brace, a optional accessory, and it is very stable.

I've seen the Jotto mounts but I spent a couple bucks more and got one made for my vehicle. It's much heavier built as well. here's the url just find your vehicle and do your thing.
They're both good but I just like pro quality.
