Undoing Mods

Yup they wouldn't give any more for trade in. So I have spent the last 4 days taking out every mod I made to the 295rkd. Only hole I had trouble fixing was for the Vac. But I got er done. And you cant even tell there was a Vac, or fireplace ever installed.

You know it is so sad that they act so short shortsightedly. They could easily get their money back.... probably even get some extra. But they don't want to pay for anything... they count on you leaving them in and then just making more money off of your hard work. Too bad you had to take 'em all out but that is definitely the way to go! Dennis

We even purchased a More Ride Pin Box and installed it. They agreed to take it off and re-install the original. @ no charge. Not sure what I will do with everything I took back out but I am sure someone will buy them.

That's just ignorant!!! When we traded our TT for the Montana they made a big deal of lowering the end price if I left my additions in (even though I thought we had a good deal I was probably wrong and they just gave me some of that money back). Anyway we felt better and it worked for them too. Before I could even send them the title (we hadn't intended to buy, just negotiate) they sold it. The salesman told me my mods caused a couple to pick our old TT over a lower priced new one. You can bet they made money on those folks.
