2006 3000RK clothes hamper hinge

Is anyone out there in Montana land having trouble with the hinge on the clothes hamper door??? We have had ours to the dealer while in warrenty and all they did was put longer screws in it. (not a fix) I contend the hinge is made of too light weight material. Has anyone found an easy fix to this. Thanks for the help.

Is the hinge bending or are the screws pulling out of the wood? If they are pulling out, you might check the stop around the door, it maybe to low causing the door to flex,and in turn pulling the screws out. or maybe the factory put in too short os screw to handle the open-close of the door.

my door flexed when in the down position so i glued oak strips on all 4 sides as the plywood was flexing so i had to raise it a bit but you could bolt the hindges down ,, just pull the carpet looose and bolt and renail the carpet or sytaple what ever you want john
