Flashlight Works - Charger not wired - how to fix?

I've been messing with the infamous flashlight. I found I can charge it with my cell phone charger and it works great. So this confirms my earlier thoughts that it was the charger. Thought I would remove the charger so I pulled out all the drawers and followed the wire and there it was not connected to anything! On our 3400 all the idiot lights are at the top end of the island. The flashlight is at the bottom of the end of the island. I can't tell what this wire is suppose to be connected to. There are a bunch of wires there for the idiot lights, the pump and the water heater. They are tied up with one of the plastic ties. The wire is black with a gray or white stripe. Anyone have any thought?
Happy trails................

It is not 110V so you'll need to wire it to a 12 volt source.

I know Glenn and it is there where there are lots of other 12 V hook ups. I'm just not sure which one I should hook it to.

The amperage draw of the charger would be so minuscule that it wouldn't really matter. The wire feeding the water pump should work fine.

Thanks Glenn. Since there is not a spare wire, I figured that was how it was suppose to be. We are almost always hooked up so it won't run the battery down.
