3150RL counter extension

The extension in our unit is kinda wobbly, moves up and down a little. Also is flush on one side and a little off on the other. Is there anyway to adjust these? Brand new 2012

I don't know what year yours is but, the spring loaded shaft that supports my extension does have an adjustment. The shaft or tube has two threaded components. You can take up the slack by turning the shaft/tube till it gets to where you want it.

If it is a brand new unit, I would be having the dealer address it under warranty. If it is like our extension (3750), it needs to be locked into position, ours has some sort of locking mechanism that surrounds the support piston. They do break, because I noticed on the dealers display unit that it was broke, which made me check our new rig when it arrived to make sure it was okay. Take a look and see if all is well beneath the extension.

It's new and it should be right, have the dealer fix it under warranty.

We had the same issue on our new 3150. I couldn't get the rod that holds it locked in place. The dealer fixed it without issue.
