Curling Graphics

Does anyone know who to contact at Keystone regarding bad graphics? the last time Christy Anglemyer helped me but it seems her email address is no longer available.

Last summer I called the Keystone customer service number, (866) 425-4369, and explained to the person that answered that I had peeling decals on my 2007 Montana. She transferred me to another person, male, whom I cannot remember the name and cannot find the subsequent e-mails.

I explained that my decals were peeling. He said I needed to contact my dealer. I said I had read numerous times on MOC that Keystone had supplied new decals free for the end user to install himself, or have installed at his expense. Mentioning MOC seemed to get his attention.

He then told me to take a picture of my peeling decals and e-mail them to him and he would e-mail me detailed diagrams of the Montana decals showing each separate decal part number. I was to use that to send him the specific part number of the individual decals I needed. I did and soon received another e-mail saying he had turned the info over to "processing". I did not hear anything else from him, but the decals did show up on my door step about 6 weeks later.

If he is gone, try Jamie Salazar at 574/535-2448. He replaced someone in Customer Relations and I have found him to be very helpful recently.

You guys had better luck than I had. I contacted Keystone several times about the shoddy graphics on my Montana, with no help at all. I finally wound up having a sign company replace mine (that they had to make from scratch) to the tune of about $800. When the other side starts to go, I'll try again with the new info. Thanks!

As I mentioned, they originally tried to refer me to a dealer. But when I mentioned MOC and having read numerous times of them supplying free decals he seemed to do a complete about face and suddenly became very helpful.

MOC Power!!!

Russ,

Good luck and let us know what happens. When I called they asked how old my rig was - at the time it was 4 years old, out of warranty obviously. They said they'd replace the affected decals because my rig wasn't too old, but they didn't really say what the cutoff was (5 yrs?, 7 yrs?). I am interested because now some of the decals I didn't get replacements for are finally curling. I'd like to get them as well.

I replaced all of driver side and front cap as well as some on the curb side. I still have some that have started to crack or peel. As they get worse I will remove but not replace. Just too much work.
